1. If you do not know how many dogs you own, YOU are a puppy mill..
2. If you can not remember the previous owners of all your dogs, YOU are a puppymill..
3. If you can not remember the last time your dogs were bathed,teeth cleaned, or vaccinated without having to look at records, YOU are a puppymill..
4. If you do not HAVE vaccination/health records for every dog, YOU are a puppymill...
5. If you do not know the names of all your dogs, YOU are a puppymill...
6. If you do not know dates litters were whelped on and do not have records of such to rely on, YOU are a puppymill...
7. If you do not register your dogs/puppies and sell with full registration making money, YOU are a puppymill...
8. If you do not keep records of matings between your dogs and others, YOU are a puppymill...
9. If you can not remember how old your breeding bitch is and you are still breeding her, YOU are a puppymill..
10. If you know about and breed dogs with known hereditary or physical handicaps; such as BLINDNESS, deafness, hernias,luxating patella's or any other physical or hereditary handicap, YOU are a puppymill..
11. If you do not have any physical contact with your bitch/stud except to breed her/him, YOU are a puppymill..
12. If you do not plan your breedings with your studs and bitches and drop them in a run with the next available dog, YOU are a puppymill...
13. If you have not registered your breeding dam and sell her puppies with full registration, YOU are a puppymill...
14. If you breed dogs with known bad or dangerous temperament issues, YOU are a puppymill...
15. If you own breeding bitches and send them to other breeders to board with the intention of making money off of their litters, YOU are a puppymill...
16. If you sell breeding bitches and then wait til they have litters and then refuse papers on them only to claim the litters as your own to make money, YOU are a puppymill...
17. If you sell to puppy stores or sell your puppies/dogs at a flea market or yard sale to complete strangers, YOU are a puppymill...
18. Lastly, if you have more than 10 people who have complained/accused you and your kennel name of dirty,shady,filthy dealings because they themselves have had previous bad experiences with you, YOU ARE A PUPPYMILL!!! Do the correct thing, spay all the dogs you own, place them in pet homes. Do not breed one more dog you have. You may not be able to undo the damage you have done to your reputation, but you can start making good by doing the dogs in your kennel a life saving favor. Have a heart and be a human being by spaying/neutering your dogs. And for petes sake, buy a plant!
