Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds guarantees the health of the puppy/dog for life against any diseases puppy/dog might have had prior to purchase. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible for any illness/disease that the puppy/dog comes in contact with or acquires after leaving our premises. In event of illness occurring, Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds requires a vet checked statement verifying illness & cause. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds then reserves the right to have said dog/puppy checked by our vet to confirm diagnosis. If & when illness is diagnosed & Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is proven responsible, Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds will replace said puppy/dog with a puppy of equal gender & price when one becomes available and we are not responsible for any shipping or traveling expense that may occur in this instance. No money will be refunded what-so-ever. We will only replace puppy/dog. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible for any sickness or illness that might occur to puppy/dog due to stress or change in environment due to allergies or change in residence or atmosphere once they leave. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible for any issues or hereditary genes associated with dachshunds of a “dilute” coat; such as the alopecia gene. The buyer agrees in signing this contract, that Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible should any problems with said dog/puppy of such a coat arise. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible with any problems a buyer should have, should buyer choose a dachshund of a “dapple” coat & decide to breed with another dapple. Dapple dachshunds should not be bred with other dapple dachshunds, certain serious problems could arise, we do not practice such breeding standards & ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE should you choose to. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds cannot guarantee size, temperament, or breeding stature of puppy/dog that owner is purchasing.We can guarantee that said dog/puppy is of established value & good health characteristics described above. We will however replace said dog/puppy if any issues occur such as non-descending testicles,patella issues and/or hernia's. This only applies to people purchasing with full AKC breeding rights. Replacement puppy will be given when next available puppy of same color, gender & price becomes available. Original puppy purchased will be placed in a pet home of Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds choice. If buyer chooses to keep original puppy, then a discount will be offered on another puppy of buyers choice, Usually the difference between pet and full AKC. {example..original defect puppy purchased on full AKC. Buyer wants to keep puppy and choose another one as well. Original puppy will be considered pet ($450.00) and remaining full AKC purchase price balance will be knocked off replacement puppy}
Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds does not refund deposits unless something happens to said puppy/dog while in our care. We will place deposit on another litter if buyer is unable to take chosen puppy of original litter choice. Our puppies are here until about 8-10 weeks, and we like their homes to be lined up for a few weeks before they leave. This is a crucial important part for both parties concerned. I do not like to rehome puppies once they get attached to their new families, but I know sometimes this is the way things happen and is out of anyone's control. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds will assist in any way possible if this should happen. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds wants all parties to be satisfied & well pleased with their newest addition to their family. But, should you no longer be able or wish to provide a home for your little darling that you have received from us, I must insist that you return it to our home so that we can either find it a new home or provide it with one ourselves. Darling Dollhouse Dachshunds is not responsible for any monetary expenses that might arise should this instance occur.
We hope that this experience has been a pleasant one and you are satisfied with a wonderful, healthy well adjusted pet. Our pups are kept in our homes and played with a lot by our 3 children until leaving our home. We provide a clean, safe environment for our pups and dogs to grow and play in, and we expect that when they leave this will continue.
All dogs/pups are UTD(up to date) according to their age, with all shots and worming's upon leaving our home. By signing this contract, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above and are satisfied with the puppy/dog that you have chosen to make a part of your family.
